Saya menerima satu email bertanyakan masalah Netbook ACER Aspire One aoa150 daripada seorang doktor. Hebat! Operating System adalah Windows XP Service Pack 3 baru re-format.

Berikut adalah masalahnya:

1. Webcam/imaging device not detected. Drivernya sudah download dari website Acer tapi tidak dapat install sebab tiada imaging device dalam device manager.

2.  Microsoft Office 2007 setup failed. Ada message “the windows installer service cannot update one or more protected windows files”

After you install Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3), Device Manager may not show any devices and the Network Connections item in Control Panel may not show any network connections.

This problem may occur when an antivirus application is running during the installation of Windows XP SP3

Jadi cara menyelesaikannya, cuba download update di http://support.microsoft.com/kb/953979. Sila ke bahagian Resolution dan download, kemudian install di PC. Sebelum install pastikan jangan install antivirus dahulu.

2. Untuk jawapan kedua, cuba dahulu jawapan 1, kemudian uninstall dan install semula MS Word 2007.

Ada sebarang penyelesaian lain?
